Wendy Green is a complex civil litigation attorney with an emphasis on defense of professionals in malpractice cases, including defense of legal professionals and insurance professionals, and complex business disputes. She performs all tasks relating to pre-trial litigation, including investigation, discovery (written and deposition, lay witness and expert witnesses), law and motion (summary judgment and anti-SLAPP motions), trial preparation, and some trial work having second-chaired bench and jury trials.
Wendy has been a litigator in the Sacramento area for nearly three decades, was on the Board of Directors for Women Lawyers of Sacramento for a decade, and has been a panelist and keynote speaker on social media, ethics, professional ethics, and malpractice avoidance.
