Mariya is a litigation attorney who represents clients in a wide range of civil matters. Her practice spans general civil and business litigation, State Bar disciplinary defense, legal malpractice defense, ethics counseling, intellectual property, and international law. She brings a strong commitment to human rights and has helped implement U.S. civil litigation related to human rights violations on foreign soil.
An active member of the State Bar of California, Mariya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, focused on Peace & Security in the Middle East and North Africa, from the University of California, Davis (2020).
Outside of her practice, Mariya enjoys coffee and spending time with her Pomsky puppy, and she is a devoted admirer of wolves, llamas, and horses.
